In most cases, vacating your property will not be necessary. We will make every attempt to maintain one working facility while replacing / repairing your sewer & drain lines. Please note, following excavation it sometimes becomes apparent that drain lines have been compromised under all facilities. In this case, you might have a 2-3 day period without facilities.

Soil will be placed within close proximity of the tunnel access holes. 

If there is limited space for soil, soil will be placed in the closest available “lay-down” or staging area. Very often, the best lay-down / staging area is a driveway, please do not leave a car in the garage.

Yes, we charge for inspections. As a service to realtors & home buyers, we reserve one inspection slot per day for expedited inspections. Expedited inspections consist of an on-site camera inspection and/or a static test. Inspections are performed by our experienced and knowledgeable Master Plumber. The inspection will include an estimate, diagram and report. Full reports are provided within 24 hours (estimated) of the inspection.

A typical full sewer & drain line replacement takes about 3 weeks. The process involves one week of excavation, one week of plumbing install, one week for City inspection & Engineer review. The process is followed by backfill. Please note, timelines are subject to inclement weather, city inspections, and Engineer inspections.

Our transferable 5 year warranty protects your drain line in the event that it needs future repair. Our warranty applies to the specific areas of your sewer & drain line where repairs were performed.
