There are several benefits to using video camera inspections in the repair and maintenance of sewer lines:
Video camera inspections allow technicians to accurately identify problems within the sewer line, such as blockages, cracks, and leaks. This allows for targeted repairs, rather than guessing at the cause of the problem.
Because video camera inspections are less labor-intensive and do not require extensive excavation, they can save homeowners and businesses money on repairs.
Video camera inspections allow technicians to quickly diagnose and repair problems, rather than having to spend time and resources on more time-consuming methods.
Video camera inspections are a safe way to diagnose and repair problems within a sewer line, as they do not require technicians to enter the sewer line itself.
We believe in educating our customers and helping them understand their sewer and drain line conditions. We understand that a report based on fact is important when choosing corrective measures. As part of our commitment, within 24 hours of your evaluation, you will receive a report that will include our findings, a video, and repair plan if needed. The report will be clear & concise and will include a diagram of your home with illustrations of your drain line locations and the compromises found. If repairs are required, a repair plan, estimate and timeline will be included in the report. The repair plan will also include preventative measures to be taken following repair.
Once the report has been provided, we will setup an in-person meeting or phone call to discuss the findings and repair plan. During the meeting, we will discuss all repair options and answer any questions or concerns you might have.

As part of the evaluation and report, a camera inspection must be performed. Camera inspections are considered one of the best ways to inspect wastewater lines. The camera is run through a clean-out in your yard or a toilet within the home. The camera is moved through the lines to review pipe conditions, detect leaks, and provide elevations for drainage issues. During your evaluation, you will have an opportunity to watch the video inspection in “real time” and discuss the conditions of your system as they appear on the video screen.
It is important to note, often, as a condition required in the sale of a property a camera inspection must be performed.
